Using the log window

Reviewing the log can provide helpful information for troubleshooting.

Simply use the log button :


To bring up the log :


When contacting our support team, make sure to send the log informations. Please proceed as follow :

1 - clear the log

2- set the log level to 'debug'

3- perform the states that caused the error you are reporting

4- copy and report the content of the log
